As a postpartum doula, I wear many hats, my first priority is the health and well-being of the birthing parent. I am here to be a listening ear for new parents to share all the ups and downs of bringing home a new baby. I will help you get your physical needs met, like eating, drinking enough water, napping and showering. I will also help care for the baby, and can provide education on anything from swaddling to feeding. I love to cook and do meal prep (feeding people good food is one of my joys in life). I can also do light housework, such as dishes, tidying, organizing baby needs, or laundry.
